Our hotel has been awarded the international eco-label Green Key. We actively work with environmental and sustainability issues, including by complying with Green Key’s comprehensive criteria. In this way, you as a guest help take responsibility for the environment—without compromising your experience or comfort with us.
OUR COMMITMENT
Green Key is awarded to accommodation providers and conference venues that meet environmental and social sustainability criteria across 13 different areas. Here are some examples of our commitments:
We use renewable electricity, energy-efficient lighting, and have routines in place to reduce energy consumption related to heating and ventilation.
We have implemented measures to reduce water consumption.
We sort and recycle both our own and our guests’ waste.
We use eco-labelled cleaning products.
Our guests are offered vegetarian and organic options.
Our staff are involved in sustainability efforts and receive annual training in this area.
We continuously work to improve our efforts by setting annual goals.

ABOUT GREEN KEY
Green Key is an international eco-label for tourism and hospitality establishments and is present in over 60 countries worldwide. The certification is managed globally by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), supported by some of the world’s leading organizations in environment and education, such as UNEP, UNESCO, and the World Tourism Organization.
Green Key Sweden manages the eco-label at the national level, and all establishments are approved and renewed by an independent jury. All establishments are also subject to regular audits to ensure that the criteria are consistently met.
