What time is check in?
Check in is at 3 pm
Is it possible to check in early?
If you wish to check in before 3 pm, please contact the hotel.
What time is check out?
We would like you to check out at 11 am. (Weekdays and Weekends) If you are a part of a conference or a group, we would like you to check out at 10 am.
Is it possible to check out later during the day?
Please contact front desk and we will try to help you. The rate for late check out is SEK 200 per hour, and if you check out later than 4 pm we will charge an extra night.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is a big parking lot outside the hotel. The rate is SEK120 SEK per 24 hrs during Weekdays, and SEK 60 during Weekends.The parking lot is owned by a company called Mölndal Parkering.
Are there charging poles?
Yes, you can charge your car at the parking lot. You will pay for parking as usual, and then for the electricity in an app. Information is available at the parking lot.
Do you have a restaurant?
We have a lobbybar at the hotel with lighter dishes and full stacked bar. Adjacent the hotel you will find Lyon Restaurant. Lyon is open 6-8 pm Monday-Saturday. During other hours we welcome you to our lobbybar.
What time is breakfast?
Brekfast is served 06.15 – 10 am Weekends and 7– 10.30 during Weekends.
Is it possible to use Best Western bonus cheques as payment for alcohol?
Due to Swedish regulations, this is unfortunately not possible, but if you buy something to eat you can use your voucher as payment for beer/wine and cider.
Is the hotel staffed 24/7?
Yes! The entrance door closes at 11 pm but there is a door bell that you can use.
Can you order a taxi for me?
Our staff will gladly help you to book a taxi. Just contact us at front desk.
When do I get my receipt?
You will get your receipt when you check out.
Can I buy your teddy mascot - Travis the horse?
Yes! The Travis teddy horse that is available in the rooms costs SEK149 and we also offer a smaller one for SEK 99. Please contact us at front desk.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
if you wish to work out you can visit Friskis & Svettis gym in the same building. Entrance is included in your room rate.
Is there electric car parking available?
Yes, you can charge your car at the parking lot. You will pay for parking as usual, and then for the electricity in an app. Information is available at the parking lot.
Is there a bus parking at the hotel?
Busses are allowed to park max 24 hours. Please read the signs available.
