17.30 - 18.30 “Workshop - Creating Physical Balance, Step 1”
Robert goes through compensation, weak links, movement analysis and training towards long-term goals. He goes through the function and value of abdominal pressure and athletic posture in all parts of your life. You get to take part in the exercises that your body really needs to create balance. The course contains a good mix of theory and practice with a focus on what it really means to train smart. What makes your workout sustainable, lead to a healthy life without unnecessary damage, and makes your workout effective and evolving.
12:00 - 13:00 “Train Like An Athlete”
A training class based on athletics training. The class is made up of different surfaces, where the participants are allowed to develop explosiveness, speed, strength, resilience and endurance. During the class, the participants get to work in a fun, inspiring and quite challenging way, both individually and together in a group with the help of their own body weight.
